RRC MEMEBRS BALL

Join us in celebrating 150 years of Ross Rowing Club.

On Saturday 27th September 2025, we’ll mark the milestone with a black-tie evening at The Old Court Hotel in Whitchurch, a charming 16th-century venue set in the heart of the Wye Valley.

Expect a garden drinks reception, a three-course dinner, club speeches, an awards presentation, and a live DJ and disco to round off the night. All the details, including the menu, can be found below.

To make your life a little easier, we’ve arranged a return coach from Ross Rowing Club to the venue. It leaves at 5PM and returns at 11:30PM. Seats are £8, can be added when booking, and are limited to 49. Once they’re gone, it’s taxis or designated drivers.

A night like this also calls for a serious raffle prize. So, how does a Concept2 rowing machine worth around £1,000 sound? Tickets are £5 and can be pre-ordered or bought on the night. The more you buy, the better your chances are of winning!

Tickets are £55 for Adults. To help make the event more accessible, we’re releasing 15 Junior tickets at a reduced price of £35. Tickets, coach seats and extras are available exclusively to Ross Rowing Club Members, Associates and their partners. Everything is available via the button below on a first-come, first-served basis.
