From Pam Ball:

Spring is just around the corner. It is so good to be enjoying the lighter mornings and to start planning for the season ahead.

VESTA MASTERS HEAD – London – Sunday 19th March 2023 . If anyone wishes to enter, please let me know.

LADIES EIGHT – Training on Saturday morning at 8.30am, led by Alison Barker with Richard Jennison coaching. If you would like to join, contact Alison on Spond. The crew are training for regatta events this year with sweep training sessions scheduled at the Hereford Tank.

QUADS – Chris and I will continue our quad outings on Saturday mornings whilst our crew members are involved in the Ladies Eight. When the eights are oversubscribed, anyone wishing to join us is very welcome. We aspire to enter different crew combinations at future regattas this year.

HEREFORD TANK – There will be further opportunities for sweep coaching at the Hereford Tank, dates and timings to be confirmed, keep an eye on Spond.

EVENTSI envisage this season will be busy, already some events have opened and already at maximum capacity . Last year entries were slow but 2023 will be the year when hopefully normality sets in . Please get your entries in early to avoid disappointment. All events on Spond

MIXED EIGHTS – Will continue on Sunday mornings. If you are interested contact Dave Russell.
